Tosite Oy operates tosite.ai. We collect only what we need to run the product: your sign-in identity (Microsoft / Google), receipt-shaped emails from inboxes you connect, and product analytics with cookies you can opt out of.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Email content is sent to our LLM provider only for the extraction step — nothing else.

All data is hosted in the EU on UpCloud. Disconnect a mailbox at any time from /dashboard/mailboxes; delete your account from the danger zone on the account page to wipe every receipt, audit entry, and export.
